The Hong Kong Sports Association for the Physically Disabled established the Friends of Para Sports (previously named the Friends of HKPC&SAPD) in 2016 to coordinate passionate individuals and volunteers for achieving and actualizing the Association’s vision and missions – promoting Para sports development and nurturing Para athletes.
Missions & Objectives
Recruiting passionate individuals who support local Para sports development
Providing volunteer services for the programmes of the Association
Raising public awareness and recognition of Para sports
Scope of Services
Support the sport programmes and activities of the Association including:
Squad’s regular training
Local championships and international events
Research, development and maintenance of sport equipment
Promotion and publicity activities
Organization of supporting/cheering team
Task groups (language, photography, event management)
