1.1 Local special schools which provide education to physically impaired persons
1.2 Local organizations and institutions which provide rehabilitation, recreation and sport activities to physically impaired persons
1.3 Registered under the Societies or Companies Ordinance
2 Procedure
2.1 The membership application form can be downloaded below or acquired in the Association's Secretariat*
2.2 The membership application form should be submitted with the following documents and a crossed cheque to the Association's Secretariat:
2.2.1 A crossed cheque made payable to "Sports Association for the Physically Disabled of Hong Kong, China
"
2.2.2 A constitution/ M&A of the organization
2.2.3 A recent annual report
2.2.4 A recent annual audited account
2.2.5 A copy of valid Business Registration Certificate or Registration of a Society
2.2.6 A envelope states with the return mail address and sticks with sufficient postage
2.3 After receiving the application, the HKSAPD Secretariat will process and submit to the Executive Committee for assessment. In general case, the result of application will be formally notified in 60 days.
