 Since the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon started to be held in 1997, HKPD&SAPD received staunch support to promulgate Paralympic Movement in Hong Kong, as well as enabling local paralympic athletes to achieve sporting excellence. With the continuous support from Standard Chartered Bank and Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association, the Run for Paralympians 2017 was held on 12 February , to raise fund for the Hong Kong Para athletes’ regular training and promotion of Paralympic Movement. Various organisations participated at the 10KM and Half Marathon races in Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon to support our Para athletes. You may make donation through the following methods to support our athletes: 1. Visit http://www.hkmarathoncharity.com to donate or become a fundraiser. 2. Make crossed cheque payable to “HKPC&SAPD”, write down on the back of the cheque “Run for Paralympians 2017”, the donorʻs name, address and contact number, and send by post or hand to HKPC&SAPD.
