Purchase Notice

Purchase Method and Process

By submitting online Order Form

  1. Go to <Order Form>
  2. Select favourite souvenir and quantity
  3. Select payment method
  4. Select delivery or pick-up at the Secretariat
  5. Enter contact information
  6. Submit Order Form
  7. Receive Order Summary email
  8. Make Payment
  9. Receive Order Confirmation email
  10. Receive delivery or pick up souvenir at the Secretariat as selected

The Secretariat staff will issue the Order Summary email within three working days after receiving Order Form, and will issue Order Confirmation email and dispatch the souvenir within three working days after receiving the payment.
 
By visiting the Secretariat

Visit the Secretariat during ordering service hours and purchase by cash.

Payment Method

Customer could pay by any of the following methods within seven days after receiving the Order Summary email.
If the customer does not pay within the aforesaid period, it will be deemed as customer’s forfeiture to the order, and the order will be cancelled at the sole discretion of HKPC&SAPD without liability.


By Crossed Cheque
Make cheque payable to HKPC&SAPD, write the order number shown in the Order Summary email on the reverse side of the cheque, and post it to the Secretariat.
 
By Bank Deposit
Make direct deposit to HKPC&SAPD HSBC account:
Account Name: HKPC&SAPD
Account Number: HSBC 002-1-398870
Write down the order number shown in the Order Summary email on the deposit slip and return it to the Secretariat by email, fax, post or in person.
  
By Cash
Visit and pay at the Secretariat by cash during ordering service hours.  

 

Delivery or Pick-up Method

Customer could choose from the following methods to receive souvenir.

Delivery Service (Courier or Registered Mail)
 - HKPC&SAPD accepts order delivering to local and overseas regions, but the overseas destinations will be limited to the service coverage of delivery service provider.
 - Delivery fee will be borne by the customer and is charged by the delivery service provider based on the destination, weight, and parcel dimensions.  Delivery fee will be stated in the Order Summary email and paid by the customer together with the souvenir ordered.  
 - Customer could select to receive the souvenirs by courier or registered mail, which allow customer to check the delivery status with the delivery service provider and require a signature upon delivery.
 - Each order can only be delivered to one address.
 - Order cannot be changed to other delivery methods or to other delivery address after payment.
 - The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of contact and delivery information and  - HKPC&SAPD shall not be responsible to check or verify the same and that HKPC&SAPD shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by the customer arising from any inaccuracies or omissions of any Information.
 - HKPC&SAPD shall not be liable for any delay beyond its control.

Pick-up at Secretariat
 - Customer could pick up at the Secretariat during ordering service hours by presenting the Order Confirmation email issued by HKPC&SAPD within 14 days after receiving the Order Confirmation email.
 - If the souvenir remains uncollected after the aforesaid period, it will be deemed as customer’s forfeiture to the souvenirs and the paid amount, and the souvenir will be handled at the sole discretion of HKPC&SAPD without liability.
 - Customer who could not present the Order Confirmation email would not be accepted for pick-up.

 

Exchange and Refund

 - All souvenirs cannot not be cancelled and refunded after the payment has been made.
 - Upon receipt and pick-up of the souvenir, customer or the recipient shall inspect and confirm the contents and conditions of the souvenir and sign to acknowledge receipt.
 - Customer should inform the Secretariat within seven days of receipt for exchange arrangement if the souvenir ordered is damaged, defective or with faulty workmanship upon receipt of the souvenir.  Original receipt is needed, and souvenir should be in their original selling conditions with packing intact.

 

General Terms and Conditions

 - All souvenirs are available while stock lasts.  No prior notice will be given if any souvenirs are sold-out.
 - HKPC&SAPD reserves the right to amend and revise the souvenir items, prices, delivery fees and the aforementioned arrangements from time to time without prior notice.
 - HKPC&SAPD reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.
