Hong Kong Team Punched Tickets to Tokyo 2020 Paralympics Wheelchair Fencing Women's Foil and Epee Team Events Following the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics Foil and Epee Individual slots earned by wheelchair fencers YU Chui Yee and CHUNG Yuen Ping last week, the International Wheelchair and Amputee Sports Federation (IWAS) announced today (20 May) that the Hong Kong Team has secured slots to Women’s Foil and Epee Team events, making one more athlete to join the Delegation. Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games will be held from 24 August to 5 September 2021, a total of 22 athletes have qualified to the Games. Details are as follows:
Hong Kong Team is attempting to earn more slots in badminton, rowing and triathlon. However, the slots are yet to be confirmed due to the extended qualifying periods. |
