Notice of 50th Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 50^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hong Kong Sports Association for the Physically Disabled will be held at Grand Ballroom 1, 2/F, Courtyard by Marriot Hong Kong Shatin (1 On Ping Street, Shatin, N.T., Hong Kong) at 11:00am on 27^th November 2022 (Sunday) for the following purposes:

To receive and approve the Minutes of the 49th AGM (View)
To receive the Chairman’s report
To receive the 2021-2022 auditor’s report (View)
To appoint the Association’s auditor for the year 2022-23
Other Business

To attend the 50^th AGM, please Complete all the information in the Online registration form no later than 11:00am on 25^th November 2022.

How to access (View)

As stipulated in the Association’s Article 20(g), Member are entitled to appoint another member as a proxy to exercise all or any of the member’s rights to attend and to speak and to vote at the AGM. Members wishing to vote by proxy should refer to the notes in the Proxy form.

The Prize presentation of 2022 Outstanding Athletes Awards and Francis Tsang Memorial Award will be held after the AGM.
